    hey ppl, today i went for choir again as usual and i had stomach cramps. So pain la, then i asked amanda if i could have scaled down pt but i bet u nicole low though i was lying or playing april fool's prank on her or something la, she didn't let me have scaled down, so bad. And come to think of it, i dont think she didnt think she believed me, cause she asked me if it was my first menses, to the whole choir! i was covering my face, it was so embaressing! Ahaha, but never mind la, i guess after the run my cramps were less but still there and then i had to do crunches WITH the cramps. It killed me, especially the push-ups, i think i almost died. Hiya, if they keep this up, all of the choir girls will be damn strong after this.
